England Captain Kane Breaks "Witch's Curse"

On the final day of the World Cup group stage, England defeated Panama 2–0, finishing the three-match round with seven points. During the game, Kane—wearing the number 9 soccer shirt—scored with a header. He has now netted 11 goals in World Cup play, becoming England's all-time leading World Cup scorer.
After scoring, Kane performed his signature celebration. This is the third goal he has scored in the England jersey at this World Cup. Kane is the undisputed pillar of England's attack; he scored twice in the opening match. However, he struggled in the second round and failed to score as England was held to a surprise draw by Ghana.
Before that match, a Ghanaian witch doctor had claimed to have placed a curse on Kane to prevent him from scoring. After the game, the witch doctor stated that he had lifted the curse.
